How to Extract the Hourly Report from the Zoho Desk
- Log in to Zoho Desk.
- Click on Analytics (it might be under a different name like Reports & Dashboards).
- On the left side menu, find Advanced Analytics. Click on it.
- You'll see a button to Configure. Click that to connect Zoho Analytics with Zoho Desk.
- Pick the data you want to see (like tickets, contacts, etc.). Click Next.
- Zoho will take a minute or two to connect everything.
- Once done, click Access Zoho Analytics in the top right corner.
- Look for a section called Help Desk Reports and open it.
- Click on the report named "Hour-wise New Tickets by Day of the Week". This will show you a graph of how many new tickets you get on each day and hour.
- You can also play around with the filters at the top to see the data for specific times or departments.
Remember: It might take a few minutes for Zoho to connect all your data at first.
