How to Extract the Hourly Report from the Zoho Desk

  1. Log in to Zoho Desk.
  2. Click on Analytics (it might be under a different name like Reports & Dashboards).
  3. On the left side menu, find Advanced Analytics. Click on it.
  4. You'll see a button to Configure. Click that to connect Zoho Analytics with Zoho Desk.
  5. Pick the data you want to see (like tickets, contacts, etc.). Click Next.
  6. Zoho will take a minute or two to connect everything.
  7. Once done, click Access Zoho Analytics in the top right corner.
  8. Look for a section called Help Desk Reports and open it.
  9. Click on the report named "Hour-wise New Tickets by Day of the Week". This will show you a graph of how many new tickets you get on each day and hour.
  10. You can also play around with the filters at the top to see the data for specific times or departments.

Remember: It might take a few minutes for Zoho to connect all your data at first.
